meridian	posted 05-28-2011 07:55 PM ET (US)         I just purchased a leaning post from longline, one of our members. I will use it to replace my 2 pedestal seats. The leaning post unit sits perfectly on the 2 seat posts but it is too low when I lean back on it. I can replace the 2 posts but I don’t know how tall they should be. When leaning back, what is the best height position for comfort?
Buckda	posted 05-28-2011 08:16 PM ET (US)             Terry - I can't measure my post, but I'd say that you need to do a little research for you and Donna to find the best height for you. I'm 5'8", and the top of my post is just below the small of my back ...so maximum cush from the cushion and my tush...and it's perfect. Get out the tape measure ... :)
