What is the best stainless steel prop for this application. What about a (stiletto advantage 1) 13 1/4 X 15. Would this be the right prop.

Depending on how heavily loaded you run, that will probably be a good choice. If you end up needing to go down to a 13-pitch, let me know as I may have one available.

Tom is correct but since it is here we can sum it up real quick. 13.25x17 SSt or the stiletto you mentioned are your best choices.

Now it's time to replace the original aluminum 13 x 17 prop on the '95 Montauk 90HP Johnson Ocean Runner. Last night with 3 people WOT was 5,000RPM in perfect conditions. I'm thinking the prop is getting a little old an tired. Spec for the engine redline is 5,500RPM, If I opt for the Stiletto Advantage I which seems to be the prop of our readers choice, I'm confused do I opt for a 15, 17 or 19 pitch?
