I have never heard of this model and would think it to be a typo except the boat has the Outrage V-24 decals and the splashwell design looks different than an Outrage 25. Is this boat in fact different than an Outrage 25 and if so, is there any info out there about this model? Thanks! Tom http://www.boattrader.com/listing/ 1980-Boston-Whaler-V-24-Outrage-98739319 |

When the Outrage 25 was first introduced, it was know as the Outrage V-24. There is no other difference. |

That is not a bad looking boat but it should be noted that those are 25" shaft length motors on a boat designed for 20" motors. The motors are mounted as high as they can go with the bottom bolt holes, but that still leaves the motors several inches too low. It will need jackplates to make it perform properly. |

The stern splashwell looks the same as on my 1983 25' Outrage Cuddy. The only difference is the splashwell dam extension (teak)...which looks like a nice, although perhaps aftermarket(?) addition. |
