I've never seen one in person, but I do know that is a squall. Looks painted.

A MINT example may fetch $1200 or so with all the goodies and a trailer. A good hull only $3-400. One like mine(shot gel but dry) $100.

There was one in Barnegat, NJ with sails & everything in "fair" shape for $200 at a garage sale my Father was at....great deal.

I have one that is in much better shape, with original sailing gear. One of the reasons it has the original gear is that it is a pretty poor sailor. It is a great little rowboat though, as long as you don't mind heavy, and handles a small outboard well.

My father bought it new, in around 1965. I think it cost about $300.
