Hey everybody, I am looking for the in-deck fuel gauge that is on 1982-ish 25' Revenge. I have tried the usual Twin Cities but they couldn't come up with anyone......Anybody have an idea?? Any help is appreciated |

The in-deck gauge is from Rochester Gauge. You can source a replacement from E-Components.net...it's a company in North Central Virginia. |

Interestingly, I recently priced a new fuel tank from Florida Marine Tanks (OEM Supplier) for my 1985 Outrage 18 and it was noted that they no longer provided for the original "manual" fuel gauge. The tanks were now sold with electronic sending units only. I have not pursued this beyond the original response/quote on my inquiry to price the replacement, but I was surprised nonetheless. |

I always liked the look of the old manual gas gauge. It always reminded me of the bush planes used back in the day. They tend to flick a bit in rough water which is always interesting times out in the middle of the straight. In a way I wouldn't be surprised, everything is a computer based product and with the new engine specs a digital may prove to be more accurate overall. Martyn |
