[Mentioned another website which contained information about boat surveying, but had little information about outboard engines or Boston Whaler boats.]

Now there is some useful information about Boston Whaler boats! Thanks for posting the link to Jeff's fine collection of information.

Deleted sidebar about the history of websites that have hosted Jeff's information and a related discussion about the discussion of that historical information and whether or not it represents an important resource to be maintained here. Jeff's website (linked above) provides links to more of his information. I do not see any particular value in a discussion of all the places on the web where links to Jeff's information have been given prior to this discussion. I did not see much value in linking to a lengthy treatise on boat surveying that was mainly concerned with large sailboats powered by inboard engines whose hulls were not constructed using the Unibond method employed by Boston Whaler. I used this method to make the analysis: if I were running a website about the surveying of large displacement hull sailboats constructed by traditional laminated fiberglass and powered by inboard engines with conventional propeller shafts, would I want to collect information about trailerable outboard boats with a unique hull construction method.
