That boat is traveling in the wake of another boat, maybe even being towed. Those guys must really trust their equipment. |

Blue on the bomb body = inert. The guidance package (a strap-on for a dumb-bomb) was active, but the case was inert. If it's green with yellow stripes... watch out. It's gonna go bang. Blue = practice, inert, or dummy.
