Unless I am mistaken, that appears to be a 22'-25' commercial/military whaler hull, presumably with an autopilot engaged.....

I would venture to guess all of what's left of that 25 Guardian was floating on the surface.

That boat is traveling in the wake of another boat, maybe even being towed. Those guys must really trust their equipment.

Blue on the bomb body = inert.

The guidance package (a strap-on for a dumb-bomb) was active, but the case was inert.

If it's green with yellow stripes... watch out. It's gonna go bang.

Blue = practice, inert, or dummy.
