Dave Sutton	posted 09-24-2013 09:52 PM ET (US)             Blue on the bomb body = inert. The guidance package (a strap-on for a dumb-bomb) was active, but the case was inert. If it's green with yellow stripes... watch out. It's gonna go bang. Blue = practice, inert, or dummy. Dave .
