Hi all -

Selling a front seat and the 2 curved stainless frames from out of a 1981 20' Outrage....this is the seat that fits in front of the console....about 36" wide, about 22" deep. This seat assembly is in good shape overall, a little yellowed from careful years, no rot and very solid, upholstery looks pretty good - did see a small nick on a front corner.

Not sure how much to ask - I've seen Whaler seats go for $100 and up....any offers or thoughts? Is ebay the best place to sell it perhaps?

Have photos for anyone interested at: http://s270.photobucket.com/albums/jj102/usmasniper/

I have been told that this seat may fit the Outrage 22 as well. Confirm, anyone?

That front seat will fit every thing that used a standard Montauk Style console. So, All Montauks and, 18 - 25 outrages. The one I had on my 22 had the optional porti-potty kit. Halls quoted me in the ballpark of $150 to recover the seat I had. This was a couple years ago. The last time I saw one of these for sale was a NOS seat with the NOS stainless supports that sold for just under $150 on ebay.

Here is an image of the seat on my 22.

Thanks, Jeff. I'll follow your lead and see what the best plan of action should be.

I would list it on ebay with multiple images. If you need images of one installed feel free to use mine, as an example though.

Thanks, Jeff, for the offer to use your seat's image as an example. I appreciate that, and will take you up on that offer. I think I'll list it starting Saturday for 7 days on ebay, and start the bidding at $50.00 with no reserve - that should generate some interest. Thanks again, and I'll let everyone know when it's on ebay. Mav

Thanks also to Jeff who gave me permission to use his installed seat images as well. Beautiful restoration on your Whaler, Jeff. Thanks, Mav
