I am looking to buy a 9' or 11' tender, any condition, preferably an older model. How hard are these to come by? Let me know if you know of one for sale or how to find one.

Thanks

If I were you I would stick with an older model tender since these can be bought cheaper and you will be able to sell it for the same amount you paid, or more, when you are ready. They are a little difficult to find, but not too difficult. I have seen many in the $1,000 to $2,000 range with no motor and $2,000 to $3,000 with a motor. A nice 1981 11' tender with no bottom paint and no motor recently sold on ebay for $1,825 (item # 130186646063). I would say at least one to two come up for sale on ebay each month. Once March comes around, more are put up for sale so don't be discouraged if you don't see any now. In my opinion you should not pay a lot of money for a 9' or 11" since reasonably priced ones in the $1,000 to $3,000 come on the market often enough to wait. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

There is a 1988 11' tender with a motor on ebay now. Current bid is $1,525. Ebay item #130187825729.
