Do you guys think this is over or under priced? Somewhat new to the boating market.

Where is the boat located? The boat is worth what someone will pay! Have pictures? Is there a whaler drive or cutout transom? Trailer? How long have you owned it?

Depending upon condition that could be a good deal.
Where in Falmouth is the boat located?

Yes it is the same boat listed by Nauset. I lowered price from 26,500 to 22,500 .
It is docked in the summer on eel river in Fal.
Currently shrunk in my yard.

I ask the price question becuase sometimes if priced too low some one might think it has issues. It is yard maintained. just too much boat for me for what I do. Beach with the family.

If the boat is in good condition and the motors are sound, I think it is priced to move in that market. The season is working against you now, but get it wet and ready in the spring and I predict you will sell it pretty quickly. I don't buy the priced too low arguement. Everyone loves a good value, and Whaler buyers are savy enough to know a good deal when they see one. Sounds like a nice boat--I have an Outrage 22 Cuddy, and love the layout.
