That boat looks "Showroom New". If I didn't already have an '86 Montauk, I'd be headed your way with a cashier's check. Good luck with the sale.

Was the boat converted from another model to a Montauk? I ask because it has a Super Sport railing not a Montauk one. Nice clean boat though.

Thanks for the kind words. The railing is
original to this boat and it is a Montauk with all
original decals, including the Montauk labeling. There is no indication that any other rails were ever present.
The dealer most likely installed these rails at the
request of the original owner.
Thanks again, Keith

I like that setup...before I ended up with my Newport, I was looking for the Super Sport...thought it would have made a nice renovation project installing a Montauk console...turns out I was right! Nice boat!

I have seen and owned many montauks. This boat appears to be in superb condition. I designed a deck drain system for this hull and tried to get whaler to pick up on it. This boat looks like it has my system employed. I think if you tried you could get more money than $10500. At this price this boat is a steal! If I didn't have an 89 and a 94 Montauk I to would be running to the bank to get CASH.

Good Luck
