It's a long way from Florida but it looks like she'd be a good project for someone up north.
That's all I need, two 15' projects.

I was daydreaming over that auction the other day while at work, if only it where closer. Being I already have a Montauk it doesnt make a whole lot of sense but I've wanted a '15 since I was a little kid. Looks like a good way for someone to put one together the way they want it without investing a lot of money up front.

I was considering that boat as well.
I emailed the seller asking for more photos to get an idea how much work was involved. he declined to send them, so that "iced it" and I passed. Still, no engine, controls, wiring harness, propeller, battery fuel tank. It would cost me roughly $1,000.00 in gas, food and lodging to pick it up.
It went for $1,125.00 but it was just the hull. The sellers had an old rusty trailer available for an extra $200.00.
As Tom Clark says "Boats always look better in pictures".
If you lived fairly close, and could look at it in person, It might have been okay.
