Anyone have any left over blue interior paint? Need to touch up my new 9 ft squall interior. Less than a quart would be plenty. Please let me know - thanks

Are you kidding, you could repaint the whole interior with less than a quart of paint.

I would just find a Krylon spray paint color to match. Not sure about the blue, but I've found Krylon #1506 (Almond Gloss) is a near perfect match for Whaler Desert Tan. For small areas, I either mask and spray or spray in a plastic container and use an artists brush to apply.

Take a look at Krylon #51512 "Blue Ocean Breeze" or #51517 "Peekaboo Blue".
A good match depends a lot on how faded your original blue gelcoat is.

Gentlemen I restored a 1966 13' whaler last year, using a product, alcraft awlgrip. The material came from a outfit in maryland. The painter who made me aware of it, say it's as close as anyone he knows to matching the original. I actually have a 2nd Quart w/the additional parts needed. I regret to say I sold the boat last winter, 1 of 2 whalers I might add, to purchase a 68 conv firebird. The 22' revenge stays w/me. Anyways I should tell you this quart and parts was 200.00. I'm willing to sell for half, and or assist with you folks with getting a sample. I might add that the paint distributer may not give out the paint code as requested by the boat repair shop. If i can help let me know. O by the way I'll be on the severn wednesday on my 22 watching the Blue Angels fly right down the river in Annapolis !!!!
