kazankota	posted 06-01-2008 09:19 AM ET (US)         Hi, I have a 1987-88 Mercury 70 Hp engine with all rigging off of my 1987 Montauk. Includes motor, rigging (tachometer, battery leads, wire harness, etc steering cables and helm, original dealer service manual, 2 props (17p &19p). What I can tell you is that I had the carbs and water pump rebuilt, also a new thermostsat by the marina last year. I used this motor all of last season with no problems There was good and equal compression to all cylinders and the motor runs great. I am selling because I finally was able to upgrade to an E-Tec. I figured a fair price would be $850. Local pick up only in Rhode Island. LMK if interested. -Torrey
