I just viewed what a claimed to be whaler made in the UK. Or perhaps sold in the Uk.
Although it has the correct hull and whaler features of a 60's whaler it has some strange features as well. The floor is not only flat it has a channel down the middle of it. It even has a screw cover for a bilge. Also the front seat is open to the hull, or the fiber glass. I can see the foam core from here except the foam channels down each tri hull. I have never seen this before and doubt the authenticity of the boat. It could have been a modified hull.

Anyway I am just checking. Don't think I will touch it but I am still looking for a 13.
Cheers

Lots of red flags.

I doubt you're looking at a classic 13'.
If it is an authentic Whaler, it sounds chopped and patched up beyond reason.

Keep looking.

Sounds like a Delquay dory. Similar to a whaler but not a whaler.
