After not getting any time on my new boat, I have decided boating is not in the near future.....

1989 Boston Whaler Outrage Hull in very nice shape. Never Bottom Painted, always trailered.

Brand NEW 2006 Johnson 175 with 0 hours. Started to test run and that's it.

New Seastar Steering
New Batteries under console.
New Gauges(2 temp gauges one for each cyl head)
New Gauge Panels(OEM)
All wood redone
New Cooler
New Cooler Cushion
Has Pedestal Seats
Has Bimini

Located in Winchester, MA 7 miles north of Boston.

Nice Galvanized dual axle(no brakes) trailer.

Boat looks really nice. I don't want to see it sit - just too many other competing priorities.

Has Rear Seat although not installed.

Will probably put this on ebay, with a 10,000 starting bid. Someone will get a good deal.......

Sounds like a nice boat . . is the motor on it an Etec ? if so that would make the boat very desireable . .

motor is not an etec, it is a 2 stroke jognson 175 v4.

I was torn on getting the etec or the "old reliable" johnson.

At this point , glad I went with the Johnson - since I never used it!

In my opinion the johnson looks as god as the etec, which for my purposes, is all that mattered!!

If I threw an etec on it, a terrible financial situation would be even worse!

bmc, thanks for the follow up response . . .I can relate completely with the financial justification of commiting to buying an e-tec. your boat is a great classic . . look forward to you posting it on eBay.
