1963 Boston Whaler 13 SuperSport serial# 8816, very nice condition, original interior gelcoat and wood, except bow locker top,has some interior gelcoat cracks but not unlike what you might expect from a older whaler. hull topside painted whaler white and bottom VC-17 antifouling paint. Boat has been around Decatur, AL for years and possibly sold by Garrisons Boats and Motors in early 60's. Original galvanized tilt trailer in good condition. Power is a 2004 Tohatsu 25 with very low hours (26MPH), Tohatsu 6 gal fuel tank and Delco battery, All navigation lights work. Reason for sale is bought a newer Boston Whaler 15 GLS $3500.00 obo. E-mail me and I will send pictures.

They didn't make a super sport in 1963. You have a sport model.

Am I saking to much for this Whaler? To far away from interested parties? Do I need better pictures? Am I in a market area where whalers are not desired? Thanks for your comments. I really need to sell my 13' Whaler but I could keep it and have two.

The price you are asking is probably a little on the high side.

Your link to photos doesn't work.

There may be less local interest in your boat than in other areas, and that could be compounded by a depressed local economy.

I expect the buyer of your boat will be somewhat local, unless it's really a showcase or priced low, and consequently your marketing attempts should concentrate on local buyers.

Does anyone know how to make my link to photobucket work? I see quite a few posters using that service. Pictures are a must see.

With 04 power I don't think you are out of line on the price...depending on condition of course. Summer is almost over but try Craigslist in your area.

Could not get the link to hi-lite so you have to type in the link on the go to line of your search engine. works for me.
