Really cool boat.
If I were closer to you we'd be talking.
I have always liked the RC model and they are a rare breed indeed.
Best of luck.

Eric,
Found your link again. Is this motor carbs or direct fuel injection? Some lakes in CA only allow 4 strokes of direct FI.

Somebody buy this. If the price keeps heading South on this beauty I am going to be very tempted.

Sam,

The 1989 Yamaha is carbed. Pulled it out yesterday until the high water and winds dissipate. Back in the water after the Ravens game Sunday. Thanks

Sam,

One more thing. I like the engine enough to sell the boat without it. However I would want the controls and 4 inch set back also. I'd be knocking another $1,500 off. Just a thought.

Eric,
Do you have any photos of the cuddy and exterior from the front?
Has the motor been reliable for you over the years?
Any cosmetic or mechanical defects?
Thanks.
Sam

Sam,

The boat is still out of the water from the storm a few days ago. I will take some shots of the entire hull and cuddy tomorrow (Wed latest) and forward back to you. I have the original cushions but they are in need of cleaning. They were that way when I got them and I prefer to look at the wood inside the cabin. Needless to day I am not sleeping in the cuddy either. The cuddy is in great shape except one of the lights is inoperative and the floor has some rust stains from the original owner. Which reminds me. I bought the boat from the original owner (85 years old) Great guy. Thanks

Swede5, beautiful boat. I've seen it a few times down in Annapolis -- once teh baot was tied up at city dock and I stopped to admired your custom stern seat. Two weeks ago I was in my OR 22 True Blue and waved as we passed in front of the Academy. I'll keep my ears open for buyers. Good luck.

Tbryan5,

Thanks very much. I'll be out this weekend I assure you. Next week I take my wife to Carrolls Creek by boat to celebrate 20 years. Becoming a yearly thing with us. Thanks again.

Erick,

The boat dry is approximately 2300. Engine I believe is about 480. I expect 2 batteries, oil and miscellaneous to go another 225. The trailer is a tandem axle which takes some of the stress off. I can tell you I used to tow a 21 foot Fourwinds cuddy with a 1998 Dodge Caravan. The boat had a 302 Ford in it. It worked but I did sweat it on occasion. Good luck. Eric
