I have decided to sell the 11.5. I began some upgrades including new rub rail kit (from Sue) intending to re-gelcoat, marine paint or just polish. Previous owner had trolling motor installed plus several other things mounted on hull. I stripped off old rub rail and did WEST Systems marine epoxy fix and fill to old rivet and screw holes.

I also refinished locker cover, amidships seat and cut a new aft locker cover out of salvaged Whaler wood. That needs finish sanding and marine coating.

We got super busy this summer and have moved to the West side of Michigan - Grand Haven/Spring Lake area which has consumed our free time. I sold our Lansing house in one day (!!!!) and have one more to go in a poor market so we feel pretty lucky.

Somebody is going to get a great deal and boat - here's what she needs: rub rail installed, whatever new owner decided to do regarding spiffing. I prefer to sell w/ sweet Johnson 25 electric start that runs like a rocket and sips gas.

Concurrently, I began work on the trailer that came with it, brand new hubs and lights but recommend new bunks ($30 bucks or so), new rollers and winch stand. I pulled off the old fenders intending to replace - low cost. I might consider selling it w/ Karavan galvanized tilt trailer but much highr cost.

I was thinking $2200-$2500 when all done. I will consider $1800 BO as is...

It's not a creme puff but a great boat that you could make perfect - much of the work is done.

Let me know --- I will email photos if you are interested.

Consider selling the engine and controlls w/out boat?

No controls - boat is tiller control. I'd have to think about selling the motor separately. Send me an email - use profile

MISTAKE on this listing - $1500 for boat and trailer, add $300 for Johnson 25. Still a great deal for CW bros.

Many calls, three serious, two in line.
