1977 11' Whaler Sport. She's in fair condition with chips in the gel, some corrosion of the fittings in the side rails, etc., and she's been bottom-painted. The wood is great with the console and center seat built new out of mahogany about 5 years ago by the previous owner. She has cable steering (not rope and pulley). The 18 hp 4-stroke electric start Tohatsu is a 2003 and is just great. I had a new water pump done and the valves adjusted a couple years ago. When I first got her (for my kids), the motor was not thru-bolted and came off the transom and was submerged. It was still connected to the boat by the cabling so the motor didn't go to the bottom, but it was still submerged. I got the motor dried out immediately and properly, and ran her--that was in 2005 and she's run great ever since. Full disclosure here. The trailer is in pretty good shape--I think its a '91 or so.

She's been a great little boat for my kids, who have now gotten big enough to use my Montauk. I'll try to get some pics. up this weekend.

Price is $1850. I believe that at that price the first person who sees her and goes for a ride will buy her. I'd really like to sell her before winter.
