The guy 2 docks down from me said he might be selling his
1996 21' Outrage. It has a 1996 250 Merc with 'low hours'
(dont know the exact @).
I don't think it has any option packages w/it. It looks every bit of its 12 yrs, but the hull is sound. It could use a good cleaning, detailing, has a bunch of stress cracks and dings in the gelcoat, needs new cushions, etc.
There are also streaks of rust coming from under the rub rail on the starboard side.
It does have a load star trailer, no brakes. Fair shape.
Ballpark price for a private sale in Maine?

I did a search on 1995-97 Outrage 21 on both www.yachtworld.com and www.boattraderonline.com and each showed 3 boats.
With the market being really soft, it is a bit of a crapshoot. My guess would be 15k, assuming everything is in working order. If worn and tired I would say 12k.
I like this model having seen one slipped at DiMillo's in Portland.
