I have a Fisher Pierce 55 4 stroke outboard I got a long time ago. At the time I wanted to use to restore on my 1965 16 ft Boston Whaler, than I was thinking about building a pontoon boat for it.I have since changed my mind. I was wondering if there is much of a market out there for classic Whaler outboards. I'm not sure of the exact year but I'm willing to part with it if the price is right. It does need a starter. It has been rebuilt and is in good condition and I have the orignial control box. The Cover needs to be sanded down and painted. If you want pictures email me at johnnyb44@gmail.com. If you Google the Homelite/Bearcat motor, there is a guy in Pennsylvania who specializes in restoring and running these motors. He may be interested in rescuing another one. (Another man's Treasure)
He has a website thats dedicated to these motors.
