The seller claims: "The hull has 700 added pounds of structual and fiberglass reinforcement compared to the standard 17 outrage."

Really? I'm not disputing this, cause I just don't know. Ayudenos, por favor, TWC. And if it's true, mightn't the boat be somewhat sluggish with the T-top's wind resistance and "only" a heavy Honda 115? (Remember, this query is from a guy who was perfectly satisfied with a Yamaha F115 on my classic Outrage 18.)

Not to say it ain't a sweet-looking craft, koaman, and might be just perfect for your uses in the Islands. Maybe try out the seller with an offer which would at least take care of the shipping costs.
