This is not my boat, and I don't know the owner.

It sits on a mooring in South Boston during the season, along with my old scow and a whole bunch of other whalers.
I have seen the boat quite a bit over the past few years; I troll by it in the mooring field all teh time when heading out. Not a bad looking boat at all. I have not been on the boat; I have no idea @ interior condition or how well it runs.

It sits nice & high in the water. Weathered, but complete. I don't think that the interior has been painted, and it may buff out quite nicely. A fairly nice, complete boat, at least from what I could see from 20 ft. It would be nice to see it end up in the hands of someone looking to restore an older revenge.

I belong to the boat club where this is being stored, and will be going there tomorrow afternoon. Let me know if anyone is interested, I can check it out & take pictures.

Hi Fillpa,
Did you see the boat ?
I spoke with the owner I few days ago and he told me it's still covered.
It does have a later model trailer ( 2003).
Please let me know if you got a look at it.

I did not see the boat. I misread the ad & thought it said South Boston Yacht Club. This boat is not located at my club but one a few doors down at Boston Harbor Yacht Club.

I was in Southie yesterday but could not see the boat behind their fence. Like I said, I do recall it being a fairly clean boat. If I were looking for a classic revenge, I would get a look at this one; it may be a good one with a little work.

Thanks for the update.
I spoke with the owner last week and plan to call him back soon. I wish the boat had no motor, however I'd still interested in seeing the boat.

reposted at $4900B/O... seems like a decent deal and its not firm on the price. I'm using some vacation time in a few weeks if he still has it maybe I'll take a peak...

Both of those craigslist links are either deleted by the author or expired.
