Boat:
1985 hull, fair cosmetic condition.
The good: New fuel tank from Florida Marine Tanks in 2007, re-glassed central cavity cover in 2007, old bottom paint stripped - all below water line holes were professionally repaired - new anti-fouling paint all in August 2008, refinished RPS seat, All teak in excellent shape - varnished.
The bad: Has several above water blemishes from the previous owner. The are a couple of spots where epoxy were spilled inside the boat.

Engine:
2007 Suzuki 175, approx 200 hours, stainless 14 3/4 X 23 prop. Excellent running condition, professionally maintained. The only negative is a small hole in the top of the cowl where the engine was trimmed too high once. It has been sealed so that water does not intrude, but isn't cosmetically appealing.

Accesories, Rigging, Electronics:
Complete re-rig and rewire in 2007.
Seastar hydraulic steering,
10" set-back adjustable T-H marine jack plate.
Garmin color chartplotter/fishfinder/depthsounder combo., tachometer, fuel, and speedo gauges.
Dual battery system installed in console with 4 position battery switch.
Nav lights in good condition (non original, new in 07),
LED lighting under gunwales,
Pioneer radio with AUX input, Infinity 6.5" speakers new in 07,
New teak pulpit in 2007
Auto bilge pump with manual switch
Teak swim stem with stainless 3 step swim ladder
Full front cushion set from Hall's Nautical (locker cover, cooler seat, and two step cushions) - new in 2007
Mills Canvas Suntop new in 2007
Custom console/rps cover with gunwale covers
Two point transom mount ski bar.

Trailer:
The trailer received two new hubs, one new tire and wheel, and a new winch strap in 2008. I have brand new bunks, carpet, and bunk supports waiting to be installed. Furthermore, I should have new u-bolts, leaf springs, and the other new tire and wheel at the shop by the end of the week. The trailer will be like new when finished.
