These are official service manuals by SUZUKI for the DF40 & DF50 4-Stroke engines (nos. 99500-87J00-01E and 99501-87J00-01E).

These manuals are in very good condition but do have a few highlights and notations. They contain over 300 pages of very detailed charts, illustrations, exploded views, special tools, torques, procedures and information on these outboards.

*NOTE – these manuals can also be used for other manufacturer’s engines such as Evinrude that had their engines manufactured by Suzuki. There should only be slight differences for items unique to each manufacturer such as colors and fuel line hose connectors. I used these for my Evinrude DF50 which I sold and had no problems.

I will also include a printout of a CD manual I had for theses engines which includes other tips and information.
