Due to recent back surgery and advice (warning) from my Dermatologist, my beloved 1988 Outrage 18 must go. She has a 1988 Yamaha 150 and a galvanized Shoreline trailer.

The Boat.
Just buffed and waxed.
All teak & mahogany just refinished. (teak is oiled while
mahogany was finished with 8 coats Z-Spar).
Full cover, console cover and bimini.
Solid floors with no soft areas.
Fuel lines replaced.
New battery.
All navigation and console lights work.
The port side fuel panel is missing (blew out
while trailering to S. Fla.)
Previous owner used drywall screws to hold rail on.
( I have since used SS screws to properly attach
rail but holes remain)
The rod holder cushions are tired and need replacing.

The motor.
762 hrs.
New water pump.
Carbs just removed, disassembled and cleaned.
Recent decarb. per Sal's instructions.
Compression at 110 - 115 all cylinders.
New oil reservoir.

The Trailer
Complete rebuild.
New galvanized axle, hubs and bearings, galvanized wheels, PT bunks and new carpet, rollers, winch and strap, springs. All SS hardware. The Goodyear Marathons have a few miles on them.

I did all the described work to insure that her new owner will have as much enjoyment from her as we have. She has been absolutely trouble free in the nine years I have owned her.

She is priced @ $12,500.00

Nice looking boat and I wish it was located closer to me (CA) I would be checking it out with cash in hand.

Yes Frank, Im afraid I must let her go. Tuff call to make. She is the best all around boat I have ever had but we have simply outgrown her. We need more seating and protection from the weather. Another 22 or 25 Revenge may be in our future:)

I posted some more pictures in the album. See if this works.

After a little research I have reduced the price to reflect the current market. Painfull as it might be she is now listed at $9,900.00.

Sorry I can't figure out the direct link to the pohoto album.

Beautiful boat and a meticulous fellow owner in Jacksonville. Someone will be very happy with Bob's boat.

One bump before I pull her off the market, keep her for my teenagers and sell our 13 sport.

Correction on the engine hours as they are at 742 (rather than 762 as previously stated). She has gone thru the 'ethanol transition' so no problems there.

This is not a cheap project boat. She has been well maintained and is used frequently. The boys use her for wakeboarding and my wife and I use her for late afternoon/sunset river cruises.

Added a few more pictures.

Based on the photos, that looks like a really good deal on a nice boat. I looked for about two years for an 18' Outrage in that condition before finally buying a Montauk for just slightly less than what you are asking for your Outrage. The fact that you have not sold it at that price shows what the boat market is these days.
I think your teenagers would be much happier in a Montauk and I happen to know where to find a nice one :)

I think if you advertised on some of the "northern" craigs lists (ie Chesapeake and NY/NJ), and offered her for sale $1,000 higher than you are asking here, with a "$1,000 shipping allowance", she would go quick.

I have a buddy in Jax Beach, who was out of town, who I was going to have look at the boat before I pulled the trigger on a Montauk logistically easy for me.

Your boat is real sweet.

I've seen similar 18 Outrages listed for less in the Northeast. I think you need to price closer to below 11K. Just my 2 cents, no knock on your boat.
