Hi just wanted to pass along a great deal on an outboard I found after some extensive searching. I am refurbing a 68 13' and was in need of a 25-40hp short shaft. Keeping in mind new engines can be heavy I found a new in crate (06') merc 25 4stroke remote for $2500. Weight is only 157lbs vs the 4 stroke at around 216lbs. They also delivered it to my door fedex along with cables, side control, and a prop for $3200. I think its a pretty good deal. I was told that they bought a lot of these mercs from some marinas going out of business. Anyone looking for a repower may want to check them out, you can google them, T & M marine in Minnesota. Hope this helps anyone in need of an engine.

I bought my new 60 HP Merc 4 stroker from them two years ago. Great folks to deal with, they packaged everything together for me, deep discounts and great customer service to boot. I towed a little trailer up there and was on the way back home inside of an hour with my new engine. It's a fairly big operation, but they know how to do a good business. They even replaced my control cables free when I measured wrong.

Yes I am pleased to get a deal so good that I didn't have to haggle, I had done enough research and am extremely pleased with thier customer service. The day after I sent them payment I had already gotten a letter in the mail from Mercury Marine thanking me for choosing Mercury and some warranty info. I will definately keep these guys in mind if I need another repower or parts.
