It has an intact windshield with sturdy wood and the rest is disassembled but all pieces are there. It includes 2 bare wood 3/4 ribbon stripe mahogany from Nautical lumber to replace tho only rotten pieces which are the base. Make a reasonable offer and pay the packaging/shipping Berkeley CA Mike
