I bought this boat, but don't want the seat. I prefer a pickup? It should be ready with the hardware in about 10 days. Please email whalersal at aol dot com. Thanks! http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/TheMaryAlice/whalerpics/ IMG_0590.jpg http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/TheMaryAlice/whalerpics/ IMG_0592.jpg |

Andy, It is just off white, with a black border (piping)? It also has one fold down leg support underneath it. I will try to get some more pictures this weekend..... until then: http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/TheMaryAlice/whalerpics/ IMG_0590.jpg http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/TheMaryAlice/whalerpics/ IMG_0596.jpg The first picture was taken when I bought the boat, and before I cleaned and scrubbed. So it is a lot cleaner than that first picture, although it is not perfect. I wish I took pictures of the seat in detail before I took it down the shore last weekend. |

Sal A. Can you get some pictures to show how it is secured to the sides of the hull. I assume it rests on the lip where the hand rails screw down. I have an aft cover and I would like to know if it will fit on top of it. Thanks. |

Don't be a fool Sal...keep it for $500, you will get that back in spades on resale....then again what do you really care about resale after a couple weeks of ownership :) |

I loved the stern seat on my Montauk. The previous owner kept it in a closet and not sure he used it at all. Was a very comfortable place to ride, but did take all the cockpit space. If I had a Montauk now, I'd buy the seat from you. Heck, if it fit my 190, I'd buy it. The jump seats just aren't the same. |

Sal is this seat the same size as in an 18 classic Outrage? |

Hey Dan, I really am not sure. I don't think it could, as the beams are different? It rests on the upper lip, with hardware that also "slides"into brackets screwed into the gunwale walls.

Sal A, Where are you located. I am interested but am in Maryland. I have the same color boat and the same color RPS seat, cooler seat, and seat backs. Jerry |

The Full Width Stern Seat form a Montauk will not fit an Outrage 18. Coast to coast shipping via FedEx Ground should be about $75, |
