For sale @ $6,200, well-maintained 1971 Nauset. This boat is good-looking and ready to go, (e.g. not a "project" boat). The boat is located in Groton CT.

Equipment includes: 90 HP Evinrude (1999); 4 HP Johnson kicker; trailer; color GPS/sonar; custom covers for console and seat; two Lee rod holders (rail mount);and anchor.

Here's some further details. The hull is in nice shape. It has been well cared for. I bought the boat from a dealer, who had bought it from the original owner. I have owned it since 2003. The original owner was a seasonal resident who used it June trough August and stored it in a garage during the off season. I understand that the last 12 years he owned it, it remained in the garage and was not used. The gel-coat is original and still shines. This boat is sound and does not show its age.

The engines are running strong. The 1999 90 hp was first put in service in 2003. The 4 hp was purchased new in 2004 as a non-current model - I do not recall the manufactured year. Both engines are professionally serviced annually and were tuned last fall when they were winterized.
