Reduced to $10,000. Any thoughts or feedback on the boat/price would be appreciated. I guess it's just a buyers market right now. Thanks!

Tohsgib- I thought this was a great site to sell Whalers. What site do you suggest?

It is the market, and end of season. I bought my Montauk with a Yamaha 70 for a decent clip less in spring time. But frankly, I think your newer engine, galvanized trailer, and general boat is very fair at your price. If you were local to me, and had your boat for sale this past spring, I'd own her.

Here is some inexpensive exposure: Call Bob at anglersedgemarine.com, tell him sal (parkersal whalersal)sent you, pay $200 flat and get in boattrader and 20 other sites that are google optimized. I sold three boats that way. Bob gets your pics up, writes the ad, adjusts it when you want, forwards you leads, etc.

Very few boats sell on this site only. Most people here already own Whalers. Most people who buy from this site usually find the bargains or rare items. I have NEVER had any luck selling boats here, parts yes, boats never. All I ever get are 300 tire kickers that want to justify what they spent on their recent purchase. I am not saying it does not happen here, I just would not bet my cards on it. Craigslist and such are great mediums to use for free.

That is a beautiful boat. Mind my asking why the sale? Where in the Savannah area will you be this weekend?

I'll be in Midway, Ga and I'm actually selling the boat for my mother who owns 2 Montauks. Feel free to call me at 423-595-1361 and I'll give you more details. Thanks to Sal and everyone else for the marketing advice.
