Classic Outrage with 2001, Johnson 225, low hours, runs great, trailer and extras. Was in Manhattan Circumnavigation.

Further Info:

The hull is an 1987. My estimate is 7 to 8/10. Never abused or fished hard.

Teak Wood is nice, oiled.

It has original leaning post plus cooler seat.

Trailer is an '89 Easy Loader, galvanized, single axle,good rubber, new springs, newlights lasy year. Works excellent. Towed it to Cape Cod and RI this year.

Boat has cover, new trim tabs system, new GPS Chartplotter w/ depth.

It does have bottom paint.

She looks like a very nice boat. I'll bet that the first thing that people think is do you have more pictures. I'm not in the market for another boat but I would sure like to see more of her. The leaning post with the backrest is intriguing. How does it attach to the leaning post?

I've been asked where the boat is, its on a trailer in East Haddam, CT and available for sea trial. Also includes blue Mills console cover and leaning post cover besides the gray mooring cover. The GPS is a Garmin 178C which includes depth and fishfinding (new last year).

You have a very nice Outrage 20 I am amazed it has not sold I grew up with a 20 Outrage and it was one of my favorite hulls, your is perfect with the 225 it must fly.

Slight hijack here, but I am very interested in the outrage 18 and 20, and really like this particular boat...question - has anybody had any luck with a portapotti arrangement, besides a bucket!!

I'd prefer a classic 18/20 but wife/daughter need a head, so if anybody has the experience of some type of head for one of these boats, please let me know!!

I can imagine that with a forward 'cuddy' style bimini with a privacy screen, that could work...

any ideas would be great and help move me towards a purchase.

OK Stayin, here's the secret used during thr Manhattan Circmnavigation for my wife and daughter....The space between theconsole and leaing post is easily covered with a blanket for privacy. The rest is up to you.
