These 9" round based (with standard 6 hole screw pattern), ANODIZED aluminum pedestals are 15" high, and came as optional, original equipment on my 1975 Outrage 19. They are branded Pompanette, and were part of the twin pilot seat/fighting chair option offered on all classic Outrage/Revenge models 1971-1979. They are extremely heavy duty and practically like new, shiny, no scratches, no corrosion, since the boat was barely used. They are much nicer than the pedestals used on the second generation Outrages, and anything currently on the after-market.
Both, to your door in the 48, $115.

The only reason I am selling these is that I raised the console and needed taller pedestals accordingly. The best ones I was able to find are nowhere near as nice.

Since we are now entering the boat restoration winter season, anybody interested? These are very nice pedestals.

Will these fit the bases for a 86' Outrage? If so, any thoughts on how they would look on that year 18'?

Yes, I believe they will, and they are much better quality than the pedestal bases used on the 2nd generation boats.

They are the standard 6 hole base pattern that screws into the boat, and the post is the same diameter for the seat fitting to slide over at the top. Don't know about overall height - you'd have to measure.

I am interested, would it be posible to measure them for me? Lets say from the deck to the cushion?

Thanks,
John

Sorry, I didnt see you had the measurment to the bottom of the cushion. I am going to check my originals

My pedestals are the 8 bolt pattern, but if the diameter is the same they should work fine. Contact me via email in my profile and you can let me know how you would like payment. I think these would be a nice upgrade to the hard plastic originals. (that have no current cushions)

Thanks,
John

John - thanks for your interest, but I want to make clear that I am only offering the pedestal BASE, not the whole unit with the Pompanette chair and swivel fitting. "Pedestal base" is defined as simply the round base plate with permanently attached pole/pipe.

Sorry about that. I did misread it.

Finally, I took a couple of photos. These are classic Whaler all the way, no longer made by Pompanette.

Can you send me a rough estimate of the price to send them in France, zip 78600 ?

Thanks
Alain
