I'm considering parting out a 1989 Johnson 60 (triple looper).

I lost a cylinder and I just can't see rebuilding her.

ALL of the parts are in great shape (I mean great) except the block and internals.

The lower unit is pristine (will also fit 70) along with the tilt and trim unit. Electronis, etc. also.

Anybody interesteed in parts from this engine?

I can send pic's.

If the control box is of the same vintage, I'd be interested in the warning buzzer.

"E-Bay". Yea, I know. I just thought someone here might need something.

az, I just sold my 1988 Johnson 50. Running two cylinder, cables and control box for $700 using Craigs List. Guy drove over 4 hours each way twice, and was thrilled. Good luck. zot.

If you decide to part out, in addition to the warning buzzer from the control box, I'd also be potentially be interested in power pack and coils.
