17'Super Sport LTD, 1988, new Evinrude 70hp efi 4 stroke, Mills top, custom cockpit cover, jack plate, 2 tanks, Raymarine A57D GPS/Sounder, hydralic steering, galvanized trlr w/new tires and hubs. Excellent condition..photos on request..$13500..Michigan..248-420-0880

This one looks highly loaded/modified. How does it run with this power?
I.e. speed....gph/mpg.

Snook I know you said new engine but the last year of the Evinrude 4S was 2002/3 I believe.

The engine is a new 1999 that was posted in the spring on ebay being sold by a marina/dealer in Alabama. I found out about it thru this site. It was lost in their warehouse for 10 years still in the crate. I changed the impeller, cleaned out the fuel system added synthetic oil and it fired right up. Sold the metal shipped crate for scrap. Very sweet engine. I was the only bidder...$3600 plus freight.

I was the one that led the seller to this new in crate motor a while back. I'm glad it worked out for you. Why are you selling? Moving up?

No time to use it, wife hates the water, 2 cats and dog, 5th wheel rv, cutting back on inventory. Thanks again for the lead on the motor..I like the graphics better than the new ones.
