Besides Hall's, does anyone know a good source?

Local custom is about it. Hall's is the only game anymore. Used to be another I think named Dave's but I believe he is nolonger.

Dave and Tina Anderson are still in business, and used by Twin Cities as a source for Whaler Stern seats. They are in Mims, FL, near Titusville. Tina told me they have a huge supply of Whaler tan pleat, and can make any item. I doubt if pricing will be less than Hall's, but might be worth a call.
