frontier	posted 10-13-2010 10:48 PM ET (US)         Just talking with my long time local Yamaha outboard dealer. (PNW area). He said they are really dealing on the F350 Yamaha outboards. Cheaper than many smaller ones. If you have a boat that can take the weight, now is the time. US Marine 360-455-0788.
Mambo Minnow	posted 10-17-2010 07:06 PM ET (US)             Many of the Yamaha powered boats for sale this weekend at the Annapolis boat show were rigged with either the 300 or 350 HP v-8s. I only saw a handful of the new V-6 Offshore models. No outboard manufacturer reps except for Mercury. I infer from this observation that there is still a significant amount of older inventory on dealer floors and that production of the new model engines is still low. If you are looking to repower or get the latest technology on a new boat you may need to wait until winter shows.
