I have a new, in the box, never opened Tie Down Engineering Model 66 Brake Actuator for sale.
This is part number 86167.
It is drum brake ready, and rated for 6,600 lbs.
I purchased this when I thought I was going to have to refurbish an older trailer - those plans fell through and I no longer have need for it.
It was listed today online at the lowest price (via Google Shopping) at 119.95, plus shipping.
It is yours for $85 plus shipping or personal pick-up if in West Michigan area.

Some questions came through on this part.
It is a bolt on actuator, however, I don't see how a skilled welder couldn't add welds to strengthen the connection, if desired.
It will fit 3x3, 3x4 and 3x5 inch trailer frames.
