Listing this boat for a friend. It is a 1966 13'
I just took a look at it tonight and it seems to be in reasonable shape but looks to need a rub rail and some repair work on the bow where the rubrail attaches (about a 6" section) The rest of the hull looks pretty good. it has been repainted at some point. It has bench seats but no console.
No motor or trailer
He is looking to get $700 for it. Does this sound like he is in the right ballpark?
Boat is in Albany, NY area

It would help to see photos. Is it waterlogged?
