What is the approximate value of the above in nice shape with bottom painted.
(no power or trailer)

A few years ago one might have paid $5000-$7000 for a decent 18 hull, but the market seems to be quite low, and buyers appear to be very cautious. That said, if you are so compelled, consider a low ball offer and see what happens. I'm trying to sell a solid but non-beauty queen 17 Whaler and decent trailer for $1500 and can't get any traction, 2 offers today: $1000 and $1250,,,,good grief. (;< I paid $2500 for a similar boat like this ~10 years ago and was glad to get it...If you're buying, I believe you have the advantage, sir. best, Mav

Last month, here in the SF Bay Area, a 1990 Outrage 18/19 had twin Yamaha 70's, also 1990. One had a blown powerhead. Sitting on a galvanized trailer, it sold, through the dealer, for $5500.
Pretty clean hull. No soft spots.

I just had one friend sell his 1985 18 Outrage, always garaged, less than 200 hours on a Suzuki 140 stroke, and a 3 yo Pacific galvanized tandem disc brake trailer that was splashed a half dozen times.
Another friend of mine got that. For $12k.
