For sale in northern Virginia near DC - price $9,900 OBO :
1987 22' BW Outrage with a 1987 225 HP Yamaha. Boat has a super console with electronics box and a rear seat. The leaning post cushion was replaced with a new oem one from tri city marine (sue). The under gunwhale rod holders were also replaced. The boat is in good shape for its age but has not been restored. There are no spider cracks. She has spent most of her time in a boatel or on a trailer.
The trailer is a newer "oversized" correct sized aluminum trailer that was over built with upgraded rollers and bunks.

I have an offer on the boat (and motor) but not the trailer. I am trying to determine if this is a good idea or not. The trailer is a top of the line 2005 loadmaster aluminum custom built with bunks, six cross members and rollers. It is an "oversized" trailer in that the last cross member goes under the transom. I has less that 1000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. I would need to sell it for $2500 to make it work. A new trailer like this is well over $4000. The trailer is set up for an 1980's 22' outrage but will fit anything between 21' and 23'. Do you think there is a market for this trailer?

I have dropped the price to $8900. Solid boat, great trailer, and running engine with good compression.
