1986 25 Boston Whaler
-Totally redone
-2007 Mercury 300 HP Optimax with approximately 470 hrs. SmartCraft gauge included. Engine is 100 percent trouble-free and was totally serviced in August 2011.
-Brand-new Mercury Rev 4 19P propeller.
-Bob's Hi-Speed 6 inch jackplate with new solenoids.
-140 gallon fuel tank
-Prior owner re-gelcoated the outside and I had the inside totally redone this year. Additionally, I had the drain plugs redone and the "livewell" in the deck foamed-in and glassed over so it matches the non-skid perfectly.
-Small Console
-Any and all wood has been replaced with black starboard.
-Custom leaning post with tackle tray and 9 rod holders.
-Custom removable T-Top with rod holders and top cap by Angel's Marine.
-Custom wading ladder and trolling motor bracket by Angel's Marine.
-6 rodholders under the gunnels, 12 rod holders in the gunnels all the way around the boat.
-Aluminator trailer that was TOTALLY reworked by Horizon Trailers including new welded bunks, carpet, hardware, wiring, lights, tires, rims, and winch. 2 spares are included and mounted on the trailer.
-VHF radio and stereo system.

This boat is not a half-done project hull that needs to be put in the fiberglass shop for work. All you need to do is add the GPS and trolling motor system of your choice. If the buyer hurries, I'll sweeten the deal with 30 gallons of Amsoil HP Injector 2-stroke oil. The only reason I'm selling is because my job keeps my out of the country quite a bit and I'm going to downsize.

$44,500 OBO. I'll try to get pictures up soon but in the meantime you call post your email, text message it to me, or call me. I'd be happy to discuss this boat or anything Whaler related.

Thank you very much for your interest. Sea trials in the Galveston area are available for serious parties.

As always, a picture is worth a thousand words -- or five-thousand words if you're trying to sell something :-)

Thank you for helping with that Jessie. Also, a lot of people are asking about the engine performance and the trailer. The engine is 100% bad*** and I would buy another one in a heartbeat. No other 25 Outrage/engine combo can touch it. As far as the trailer is concerned, I would have no problem towing the boat anywhere in the country.

Looks like it gets on plane right away with that big single. What speed does it top out at with that 300? I was thinking about doing the same thing with a 22 or 25 Outrage, running a 300 E-Tec or Optimax

With full fuel, t-top, all of my tarpon gear, and 4 guys
-35 knot cruise at 4100 RPM - 3 MPG.
-48 knot top speed at 6000 RPM.

I know another guy with a 25 Outrage who runs a 300 ETEC and his speeds are slightly slower but not by much.
