These are brand new, never installed or used, for either gunwale or RPS seat back installation. The top diameter is 3-1/2" so be sure your RPS seat top has not been excessively sanded down to less than that width dimension. They are 90 degree vertical, and a very high quality fitting, complete with rubber cap fitting, if needed. This cap would be used for a gunwale installation, but not in the RPS. I don't have photos, but you can see it here:

Shipping included, a bargain to your door price of $95 for BOTH.

L H G,

If they have a Gimbal pin or bar I am interested.

The entire black plastic interior lining of the rod holder terminates in the closed bottom perforated with small holes so that water would drain out. Also mounded into this liner is a raised "bar" across the bottom, about 1/4" high I would guess, that is clearly intended to work as a gimbal pin so that a rod with a split butt would not rotate when sitting in it. But it is not a separate metal pin.

I should also say that this is Perko part # 0447DP1CHR.

L H G,

How is the flange constructed? Could the outer diameter be turned down on a lathe to make it's total diameter slightly less than 3 1/4" ? If so, I'm in!

thanks

Mark

Mark - The top circular flange is 1/16" SS. The edges of the three countersunk mounting holes are 1/16" from the outside, so I don't think you would want to turn down the entire outside diameter 1/16". Instead you might be better to "flat side" each edge, or actually, I don't think the 1/16" overhang on each side of the RPS would look that bad, or even be noticeable.

If you want I will send you one at no cost to see if you like the fit without alteration, and if you don't want it you can send it back. Or if you do, I will send the other and we can conclude the deal.

L H G,
If all else fails, you can still send me an e-mail.

That would work Larry.
I realize I'm the second poster here but I would take them if the Aubv passes. Just send me an email so I can arrange payment. My email is noted above.
Thanks
Mark
