Having sold my Whaler 27 WD this week completing 1/2 of my fleet consolidation effort -- going from two boats that together average 24 feet to one 24 foot trailerable boat, I am putting my Outrage 18 on the market.

1987 Boston Whaler Outrage 18, 2003 Johnson 150 (guestimate of about 200 hours), Teleflex hydraulic steering, 2005 Fast Load aluminum float-on bunk trailer with torsion axles and extra bunks for the keel, full Mill's canvas package (forward shelter, fly top, windshield, side curtains, rear curtain), rear bench seat, Garmin 498C combination GPS chartplotter and fish finder and full cover for use on trailer.

$11,750.

A few random pictures can be seen at s177.photobucket.com/albums/w231/Whaler-Fleet/4%20Sale . I will try to post more as time permits.

Man oh man, Peter! Bring that sweety out west to God's country and she'll sell in one day at that price.

Great looking and well outfitted boat that should go quickly. Just remember how you felt the last time you sold an 18 Outrage...

Peter,

I sent you an email.

Tony -- She's never been more than 250 miles from where she was born (Rockland, MA). In less than the amount of time it would have taken to bring her out there, she was on her way to being sold.

PRJ -- I will probably regret this sale too. Maybe I should just start looking for number three now. Maybe Larry will give me his. ;)

Jeff -- This one is staying in the neighborhood where it has lived all its life so far.

Peter - You wouldn't know what to do with a "Trailer Queen", other than to make fun of those that own one.

Does this mean you are no longer a Whaler owner? We will miss you around here.

Larry -- You are probably right, I would be afraid to use your trailer queen. Probably best that you keep preserving your specimens for future exhibition in a classic boat museum.

I did not know that current ownership of a Whaler was a requirement to participate here. Is partial ownership acceptable? If so, I will contact Tom to see if I can purchase a piece of the Chain Saw Whaler. ;)
