If your interested in custom made louvered doors for your Whaler, I make them. I have 30+ years of woodworking experience and have made many doors out of Teak or STARBOARD. Recently I completed 3 sets of doors for a 18' Outrage. For more info, check out my website: www.louveredproductsunlimited.com Thanks, Jim C. |

Hey Guys - Just wanted you to know Jim is the real deal - fair pricing, very nice work and no BS. He did all the doors for my 74 Outrage 19 as well as all the wood trim etc. I am very pleased with Jim and his service. He takes great pride in what he does and it shows. Feel free to contact me via email if you want a reference. |

Sraab, post some images of your former boat and that should be reference enough. That boat was awesome. |

Those doors were done by someone else up north. I live down in Florida now - These new doors for my latest 19 are exactly the same quality but the service was much better and the price a little cheaper. I have not fully mounted them yet so the only pictures I could take are of them on my bench at this point. |

Nice looking work Jim. The classic louvered doors and cabinets are one of the things that set Classic Whalers apart from many other boats. It's nice to know there is a good source for replacement items to keep our boats looking like new. |

Thanks Andy. You are right, the brightwork on Whalers really set them apart. Would love to help people restore these classics to there orginal luster and even an improvement with the "louvered" design. I see you are a CE too, neat! |

I have worked with wood for a good many years. Seems like this craftsman knows his stuff. The choice of two teaks will be seen as a definite plus for the specifically detail retentive owner. The next step to the evolution will be to give character to the surfaces. Beveling motives and personalized carvings will be the next steps. A definite plus as a supply of good quality replacements. |
