We're cleaning house. I just reposted the Conquest on the Eastern Shore Craigs list for $28,000, along with our 79 Newport. That leaves the 1998 Montauk, and room in the garage for my car.

Nice boat. Curious why you went for the outboard bracket for the kicker engine.

With the cut down transom it looks like the kicker could be mounted right to the transom.

PS Some pix of the bottom of the hull might be useful to prospective buyers.

Thanks. We really had great times with this boat, but our kids are getting older and want to spend time doing their own thing so we just don't use it as much as it deserves. As for the kicker bracket, I'm not sure why is was mounted that way, but when your running full out with the big motor the kicker can be raised completely out of the water. I'll see if I have any good pictures of the hull. It's never been painted, and at the end of every season we completely clean and wax it. It was waxed again this spring before we put it in the water.
