Hey thanks for looking.

1984 Montauk with a 2011 75 HP Evinrude ETEC on a 1998 EZLoader trailer.
Bow cushion
Mills Bimini top
Mills Front dodger
Humminbird fish finder with speed and water temp sensors
Teak stern seat
Center console raised 6 inches, Reversible Pilot Seat raised 3 inches
Lots of extras too

I am the second owner. I purchased her in 1997. I've been out on Lake Tahoe twice so far this year. So yes, she floats and moves along nicely. Aside from a few minor scratches and dings on the hull, the boat looks pretty good for being 19 years old. The teak is all original and looks great. I get positive comments at the boat ramp every time. The original motor was a 70HP Johnson 2 stroke that I replaced with the Evinrude 2 summers ago. Engine has 25.8 hours. I have the titles to both boat and trailer in hand.

An asking price would be helpful I guess. $12,000. I'm pretty firm on the price for now.

Not in the market but a really nice looking boat, and well priced. That barely used engine may easily worth $6k, so you're selling the hull, trailer and all the accessories for $6k...

Probably a typo but the boat is 29 years old, not 19. If the engine has a year of warranty left and the rod holders are included, it could be a plus to add them in the CL ad...

Yes, thanks for catching the age of the boat. The Evinrude was purchased and installed in November, 2011, at Outboard Motor Shop in Oakland. I got the 5 year extended, transferable warranty. Included with the boat are 4 Perko rod holders, the console rod holders, half gallon of Evinrude motor oil, a manual Canon downrigger with rail mount and other assorted extras.
