Price includes USPS Priority Mail shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. They attach to a 7/8 inch railing and are 2 inches in diameter by 10 inches long. A photo is at http://hemphill.org/whaler/rod_holders.jpg . The photo reveals some light rust; not apparent is a small (3/16 inch) crack or slit in the rubber collar of one.
