tomn	posted 06-02-2000 01:57 PM ET (US)         my 1963 17 ft BW has a center console and it time for me to replace the original steering cable and mechanism. does anybody know what length I should get for it?
jeffjatich	posted 06-02-2000 02:40 PM ET (US)             there should be a p/n with a length stamped on the outer jacket of the cable. If there is not take a measurement (on the cable) of the center of the output ram (engine end) to the center of the exposed core (helm end). your measurement should be rounded up to the nearest foot. if you have any questions email me at jeffjatich@aol.com
